Before you start
What people usually ask before handing over years of trading history.
I only trade Futures. Does the CFD side get in the way?
No. You declare what you trade at the start and the other market disappears — from the filters, the instruments and the totals. Change your mind later and you switch it back on in settings; trades you've already saved stay exactly where they are.
Does it connect to my broker?
Not automatically yet. Today you bring your history over as a CSV — ELEVN recognises the columns used by the common brokers and makes you confirm before saving. A direct connection is being built and is marked "coming soon" in the plans.
Does the AI decide things for me?
Never. The AI features are still switched off, and when they come on they will only ever propose: nothing the AI reads from a screenshot or a voice note reaches your journal until you've confirmed it, field by field.
Is my data mine?
Yes, on every plan. Export your trades as CSV — in the same format our own importer reads back — and everything else as JSON. You can delete your account whenever you want, screenshots included, without going through support.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account area. The subscription runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. You can export everything before it closes.
Is there a phone app?
Not yet. The site works on a phone — logging a trade from the browser is fine — but a real app will come later, and we won't promise it before we have it.
