What ELEVN is

ELEVN is a journal and analysis tool for people who trade Futures and CFDs: you log your trades, ELEVN works out results and statistics and shows you what works. The service is provided by Giuseppe Greco, Vibo Valentia (Italy), contact tachinq@proton.me.

ELEVN is in beta: it works, but it's still growing. Some features are marked "coming soon" and we add them over time.

No financial advice

ELEVN records and measures trades you have already decided on and made. It provides no financial or investment advice, gives no trading signals, manages no orders or accounts and holds none of your money. Statistics describe the past and promise nothing about the future.

Trading Futures and CFDs carries a high risk of losing your capital. Every trading decision remains yours.

Your account

You need a personal account to use ELEVN: you must be an adult and use an email address of your own. You're responsible for what happens on your account; if you think someone else is using it, write to us right away.

Subscription and payments

Prices are those shown on the Pricing page, VAT included. Payment is handled by Whop, which sells as Merchant of Record: Whop collects the money, works out your country's VAT and issues the receipt.

The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription": you stay active until the end of the period you've paid for and nothing else is charged.

Without an active subscription you can still see your journal and statistics, but you can't add or edit data. Your data isn't deleted.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you're a consumer in the European Union you have the rights the law gives you, including withdrawal where it applies. Refund requests go through Whop, which as the seller handles them under its own terms and the law; you can also write to us and we'll help.

Your data is yours

Everything you enter — trades, notes, screenshots, strategies — stays yours. You only give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You can export it whenever you like and delete it by deleting your account. How we process data is explained on the Privacy and cookies page.

Fair use

Don't use ELEVN for illegal activities, don't try to access other people's data, get around plan limits or overload the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, warning you when possible.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep ELEVN running and its calculations correct, but during the beta there may be interruptions or errors. Results also depend on the data you enter and on instrument values: check them.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for trading losses or indirect damages connected with using the service. The rights the law gives consumers always remain.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms: if a change is significant we tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by Italian law; if you're a consumer, the courts of the place where you live keep jurisdiction.
